WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept (unused product) returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to find a suitable solution.
We DO NOT request used soap bars be mailed back, due to their personal nature, in the case of an exchange or return. That being said, you can email to start a refund/exchange with a picture of the product issue or product itself and description.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer gift cards at this time but will be adding this option in the future.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards at this time.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
We do accept custom orders. Please keep in mind that due to some kinds of soap needing to cure for 4-6 weeks there is a waiting period before we are able to ship the order. Payment is required at time of order and is non refundable. Please email email@example.com to get a quote and submit information.
